Do you want to fully utilise community kitchens to help more people to cook/source affordable meals?

This session is for you if you have access to a community kitchen and would like to know how to fully utilise it as a community food club/hub. Established in 2010, Cracking Good Food have brought affordable, nutritious, sustainable and hassle-free cooking to 1,000s across Greater Manchester.

A hot meal is included during this workshop.

What to Expect

  • Advice about how to develop a safe and inclusive community kitchen cooking club

What You'll Leave With

  • Ideas to fully utilise your community kitchen space to benefit people experiencing food insecurity and/or isolation.
  • Skills to share with others about cooking low cost healthy meals, including how to use donated food.
  • A practical hard copy guide to low cost and healthy cooking using less energy.
